Personal Training Exton PA

It's a lifestyle. Not a program.

Passion For Fitness maintains and operates a fully equipped fitness studio and gym in Exton, PA. Our clients receive customized fitness, strength-training, cardio, and meal plans to meet their personal goals.

Our Exton studio provides clients with private, comfortable, and quaint surroundings in which to receive personalized one-on-one training. It is an excellent alternative to the typical over-populated and under-staffed commercial gyms. Unlike those "run-of-the-mill" gyms, Passion For Fitness clients will experience, first-hand, the benefits of having their own personal trainer who will offer in-studio guidance and encouragement during their workouts.

Our Exton studio also offers clients access to essential top-of-the-line fitness equipment, including, but not limited to, treadmills, Smith machines, cable rows, and dumbbells; however, because Passion For Fitness focuses its resistance training on biomechanics, correct form, and application, you will not grow dependent on the fitness machines. As you develop muscle strength, tone, and stability, you will be trained on how to properly execute exercises outside the studio setting.

Getting started with personal training is SIMPLE!

  • First, complete our initial assessment.
  • A Passion For Fitness team member will then contact you and schedule a FREE CONSULTATION! At this consultation, the trainer will meet with you at the studio and review your online assessment, fitness background, discuss your short-term and long-term fitness goals, and address any further health concerns you may have.
  • Next, at your convenience, schedule an appointment for your first studio training session.

At your first appointment, our trainers will assess your current fitness level, measure body fat and flexibility, and tailor a fitness plan just for you! Each plan will incorporate Passion For Fitness' core elements: Cardiovascular Exercise, Nutrition, Resistance-Training, Correct Exercise Form, Technique, and Accountability.
