- Free Health History Session (30–45 min): Clarify goals, constraints, and readiness for change.
- 90-Day Habit Sprint: Weekly touchpoints (in-person or virtual), simple recipes & shopping lists, mindful eating drills, breath work, and progress tracking.
- Re-assessment & Sustain Plan: Keep what works, adjust what doesn’t, and level up skills for long-term maintenance.

Can this work with my training at Passion for Fitness?
Yes. Coaching coordinates with your trainer so food, recovery, and stress align with your program.
