For example, a 140-pound client looking to lose 20 pounds may be advised to:

- Consume 1,400-1,600 calories daily

Restorative
Training
When clients start restorative training with the Passion For Fitness Team we don’t want them to assume right away that by simply moving more, they will become more functional.
If the client does not move well from the restorative training at start, they may only be further increasing their risk of pain and injury if dysfunction and muscle imbalance is not addressed.
We must educate the client on what being functional actually means, and then develop a plan.

You don’t even have to leave the comfort of your own home to get a professional work-out or exercise session with our trainers. We do In-home personal training sessions and at an affordable rate.
Our In Home Personal training will assess your current level of fitness and teach the best exercises to build your strength using proper form to avoid injury.
Small Group-
Training
Our Semi-Private Training Program offers all the benefits of personal training at half the cost! Our sessions have a 4-person maximum to ensure individualized attention and maximum results.
Our movement coaches blend individualized corrective and strength work with general exercise in every workout. Our unique program includes FMS movement behavior assessment to track your movement behavior while ensuring safety. Great coaching with 10 plus years of experience.
