IN THEIR WORDS

“I finished PT for a herniated disc and had no idea how to train on my own without re-injuring it. Six years later I’m still here, still deadlifting.”

— Dave, 58, client since 2020 · Exton

The Transition Zone™

Finished therapy doesn’t always mean you’re ready to train independently.

There’s often a gap between being cleared to exercise and feeling confident enough to begin. That gap is where we do our best work.

over-adults

Active Over All Adult Ages

Strong doesn’t have an age limit.

Getting older shouldn’t mean accepting weakness, poor movement or losing the activities you love. Our movement‑first approach helps adults build muscle, maintain mobility, improve balance and develop the strength required for an active life.

Don’t just add years to your life. Add strength to your years.

Strength + GLP‑1

Losing weight shouldn’t mean losing your strength.

Weight‑loss medications can change the scale. Strength training helps protect what matters underneath it. Passion for Fitness combines progressive strength training, nutrition guidance and professional coaching to help clients maintain muscle and build healthier bodies during their weight‑loss journey.

Founder

Built from a passion for movement.

Passion for Fitness was founded on a simple belief: exercise shouldn’t just make you tired it should make you better.
Founder Joe Ransom developed Passion for Fitness around movement assessment, individualized coaching and progressive strength training creating a system designed to help people move from limitations to strength and, ultimately, lifelong performance.

The PFF Learning Center

Learn how your body works.

Strength + GLP‑1

Innovation beyond the gym.

Years of working with clients, athletes and rehabilitation professionals revealed a gap between traditional rehabilitation and full return to performance. That insight led to the development of Cycle360Trainer™ and the Transition Zone™ expanding our movement philosophy beyond our training facilities.
