Sarah Dine MANAGER COACH & TRAINER

My name is Sarah Dine, but everyone who knows me calls me Beth. I have been with Passion for Fitness & Passion Cycles for almost three years now coaching and training private and group classes. I graduated from West Chester University with a major in Exercise Physiology and Minor in Nutrition. Before that I attended Marshall University as a DI soccer player, but tore my left ACL twice and transferred to West Chester. My certifications consist of Level 1 StrongFirst, and Level 2 TPI.

In December 2019 I ran my first half marathon and it was thrilling. I have to say it’s amazing how much the Cyle360Trainer™ prepared and trained my body for good movement patterns.

Even better, it does not bother my left knee like the impact of running sometimes can. In my free time, I love golfing, traveling and just being outside to enjoy nature.

Special Skills :  Golf Performance, Kettlebells, Mobility & Stability, Strength Training, HIIT Training, Corrective Exercise, Group Training , Program Design, Injury Prevention, Athlete Performance.

Julie Bio

Trainer

My name is Julie Krumenacker and I have been training at Passion for Fitness for over six years. During this time, I have learned a great deal about body mechanics, functional movement and injury prevention. I graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Journalism, however, during my senior year I took a comprehensive health course that changed my life. I learned first hand the power that exercise and healthy eating can have on the body and mind, and I never looked back! Over the years, I remained active with running, pilates, tennis and strength training. When I came to PFF, I was introduced to kettlebell training. I was amazed at the affect it had on my ability to gain strength and increase function without the risk of injury. I also fell in love with the Cycle 360, which provides one of the best cardio workouts without causing stress to the joints. I have completed the Level 1 certification from Strong First, the methodology used at PFF, and am currently in the process of completing my Personal Training and Nutrition Counseling certifications from NASM. My future goals include obtaining the Strong First Level 2 certification. I look forward to helping clients reach their health goals through the utilization of kettlebell training and Cycle 360 workouts. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, paddle-boarding, golfing and spending time with my family.

Katerina Ransom   INTEGRATIVE Nutrition Health COach

Integrative Health Nutrition Co

My name is Katerina and I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a certified yoga instructor. My love affair with food started as early as I can remember myself. My mother’s passion for everything that is green, flowers, and bears fruit or not, instilled in me a great appreciation for all nature can give us when we put love into the soil. Caring for the plants, picking the harvest, and preserving it for the winter was hard work. As a reward, we enjoyed a year-round supply of organically grown whole food, and a cellar that looked like a treasure chest after we filled it to the top with jams and colorful cans of pickled everything. Home cooking is a staple in our family and everything I know I learned by watching my mother and grandmother skillfully throwing together to whip up a delicious healthy meal. Yoga came into my life when I moved to the United States over a decade ago. I was mesmerized by my teachers and thought to myself that this is how I want to be – strong and comfortable with my body when I reach my silver years and, God willing, have a bunch of grandchildren to roll around. Yoga introduced me to an invaluable practice of mindfulness and controlled breath that is essential for coping with stress and excessive worrying that was my tendency throughout the years.  I earned my YTT 200 certification from Verge BodyMind Center.
